Summary

• Controller: Trading Runway (tradingrunway.com), an independent comparison site for prop trading firms, brokers and trading platforms.
• Data we process: if you create an account with Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. If you register with email, we process your email and an encrypted password. We also record approximate country and city from your IP, plus site usage data.
• Purpose: to create and maintain your profile, sign you in, attribute the reviews you publish, send you service notices and, with your consent, marketing communications. We never read your Gmail nor access Drive, Calendar or Contacts, and we never post on your behalf.
• Legal basis: performance of the service you requested, your consent for analytics and marketing cookies, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
• Sharing: we use Supabase as our database and authentication provider, and analytics/advertising tools only if you accept the corresponding cookies. We do not sell your personal data.
• Your rights: you may access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict processing of and request portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to contact@tradingrunway.com.
• Retention: we keep your data while your account is active and for the applicable legal periods after you delete it.
